Addiction Counseling

Addiction reaches far beyond drugs and alcohol. Gambling, shopping, sex/pornography, technology and numerous other activities can fall into the category of an addiction. A good working definition of addiction is: ‘Continued engagement after adverse results.’

Join Mark R. Reinhart as he presents his unique approach to Addiction and the Addictive Mindset which combines Chinese philosophical and wellness principles and practices with the 12 Steps of AA (Alcoholics Anonymous).

The workshop will consist of lecture/discussion, a Qigong set designed specifically for the work and a meditation. All participants will receive a printout of the Qigong set and the Meditation.
