The act of quieting the mind and relaxing the body so that you can tap into your natural healing resources as well as hyper-dimensional information. Meditation is an essential for well-being. Whether you're sitting in lotus position on a meditation mat, or just stopping for a few minutes to be present with what is and quiet your mind, meditation will improve your life experience.

Mind-sitting means keeping a not-moving mind in our everyday life situation. What are you doing right now? In each moment, just let go of your opinion, condition and situation. Then you become clear. When you are doing something, just do it. This is everyday Zen.
